Cancellation Policy

Laser Tattoo Removal You must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to move your appointment. Consultation/Patch test appointments - if less than 48 hours notice is given a cancelation/no show fee of £10.00 will be charged via wix. A new deposit will be required Existing clients, as per the deposit terms & conditions you have signed in the clinic you are able to move your appointment once before your deposit is retained. If you give less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be retained & late cancellation/no show fee will be charged at £10.00. A new deposit will be required before you are able to rebook.
